DAZOMART TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to DazoMart! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.dazomart.com) and services. By accessing or using DazoMart, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Definitions

  • “DazoMart,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to the eCommerce platform.

  • “User,” “You,” “Buyer,” “Seller” refers to any person or entity using DazoMart.

  • “Product(s)” means items listed for sale on DazoMart.

  • “Order” means a purchase request placed by a Buyer.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account.

  • DazoMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept mobile money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.

  • Pricing: All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after payment verification.

  • Fraud Prevention: DazoMart may cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: Currently serving major Ugandan regions (Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja, etc.).

  • Shipping Fees: Determined by location and product weight.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days (subject to logistics delays).

  • Risk of Loss: Products become your responsibility upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 7 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Conditions: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Refund Process: Refunds processed via original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Perishables, personalized items, and digital products.

6. Seller Terms (If Applicable)

  • Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.

  • DazoMart may charge a commission fee per sale.

  • Prohibited items: Counterfeit goods, illegal products, weapons, etc.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use DazoMart for illegal purposes.

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content.

  • Hack, spam, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

8. Privacy Policys

  • Your data is collected per our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

  • We use cookies for analytics and improved user experience.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between Buyers and Sellers should first be resolved amicably.

  • If unresolved, DazoMart may mediate or escalate to Ugandan consumer protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • DazoMart is not liable for:

    • Third-party delivery delays.

    • Product misuse or quality issues (unless sold by DazoMart directly).

    • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ugandan courts.

12. Changes to Terms

DazoMart may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
